A court case, stupid fine and a typical suspended 12 month ban from the road ? Nah...too young to be able to ban him,and guess who will have to pay the fine ? Yep.probably his parents, but don't destroy the bike, that is IF IT IS HIS,sell the bike, and pay off some of the fines with the money received from the sale of it,and tell him get some form of a job,and then take the rest of the money he owes you off him, when he gets his wages. That is the only way to teach the idiot a lesson.
