A quantity of tyres have been fly-tipped on Wyke Cop Lane. They are on private land meaning the land owner will have to dispose of them.
Anyone caught fly tipping waste,dumping household, industrial and commercial waste illegally is a serious criminal offence that carries a fine of up to £50,000, offenders can even be sent to prison.

The problem of passing the buck for law breaking to the private person means the tippers get away with it.
All fly tipping wherever it is should be dealt with by the LA who might then realise that their policies cause knock on effects to others.
