There is a suspicious looking Shogun in our cul-de-sac,and it has been there for over 2 weeks now,has'nt been moved at all,as the front winch cable has been left unravelled ? Has it been towed there and just been left,thinking nobody would notice it ? Someone is going to be reporting it soon,as it has been left in the turning point area.

If you think it's suspicious why haven't you already reported it?

Very, very simple this if the vehicle has no tax, MOT whatever, doesn't matter what and they have not paid it then SCRAP it simple as that, no ifs no buts, no ah well I intended, sorry get it down to Johnson's and job done.
