Southport FC couldn’t function without the support from our fantastic team of dedicated volunteers working hard behind the scenes on matchdays and beyond.

We are currently undertaking an overhaul of our volunteer structure having recently launched our One Port Volunteer of the Year project and are looking for driven individuals to join our team.

There are a number of positions available including some newly created roles, with details of each at the foot of this article.

If you are interested in becoming a SFC volunteer, please complete the below form and attend our recruitment morning being held at Meols Cop High School, on Saturday 16th June from 10am till 12pm.

Those successful applicants will be asked to stay and attend our induction afternoon which will be held at the same venue later that day between 1pm and 4pm; food and refreshments will be provided.

We ask that all existing volunteers who wish to continue volunteering in the 2018/19 season attend our induction afternoon at the above venue on Saturday 16th June from 1pm till 4pm where we will be taking headshot photographs of all volunteers for new ID cards, issuing handbooks and discussing changes to roles and matchday procedures.

Youth Team Coaches and Managers are being invited to attend a separate meeting in the morning at the same venue from 10am till 12pm to discuss the roles for the upcoming season and be issued with their brand new 2018/19 handbook.

If you are an existing volunteer who wishes to continue volunteering but cannot attend the induction afternoon, please advise volunteer coordinators Nicola Hudson and Christine Classon ASAP via email at volunteers@southportfc.net
