Thieves continue to target bikes left on Chapel Street. If you must bring your bike into town, use a D lock or heavy duty chain.
That is the advice from Merseyside Police.
Cheaper, poor quality locks are being cut off with bolt cutters.
Register your bike's frame number at http://www.immobilise.com & consider property marking it with Smartwater or similar, to aid recovery.
