The Christmas Market Chalets are now open on Chapel Street.There does not seem to be as many this year and according to the Southport Christmas Market Facebook page there is still availability.

You can browse the products and chat to stallholders whilst enjoying a mulled wine or festive delicacy and soak up the Christmas atmosphere.

at 88quid a day rental,no wonder theres only afew this year.after their costs with the current trading in town they'll be lucky to come out with much over to get to minimum wageat the end of aday.a lot of based traders are running on fresh air as it is.and these are depleting the hard won trade of the towns buissnesses as well.!

Great idea ship some transient retailers in to cream off some of the Christmas trade from struggling retailers.
Who would bother taking a shop on when the local authority is so clearly against you ?
