Southport - Age UK 10K charity run, Sun 4th March 2102

Southport's Age UK 10K charity run takes place on 4th March 2012 to raise much needed funds for Age UK.



It promises to be a unique and incredibly fast route. Liz McClarnon (Celebrity MasterChef winner) is calling on you to join thousands of runners in this fun and quick race.

I'm looking forward to this,this will be my first charity run,and the first time i've had to raise sponsorship since the good old statutory school walks :)
I've signed up for the Great North Run as well this year,and am aiming to raise £500 for CLIC Sargent as one of their official runners.
