Vandals have damaged seating at The Monument in Southport. One of the metal benches has been broken from its mountings and another has had the metal bars removed.

If that can happen then they are crap and need replacing anyway TBH.

If they are so easily damaged they are not fit for use, Or would you rather those welds fail while your sitting on it. Some little moron should not be able to destroy the seats like that. Unless he's green and very angry.
