It's the only time any of that lot will get anywhere close to the Royal Birkdale clubhouse

As they nearly all live in the Cheshire Stockbroker Belt why would they want to be anywhere near Royal Birkdale clubhouse. I am sure there must be more exclusive golf courses in their locality given the amount of money in the area they live.

The only thing I have about scousers is the speed at which they like to take offence. I was referring to footballers generically. I've no idea, but assume they are not all from Liverpool.

For a city that prides itself on its sense of humour it is remarkable how incredibly sensitive some scousers are when the joke is on them.
