The caravan is a 2 mins walk from the main complex and is within 10min drive to Cartmel and Grange-over-sands with Windermere being approx 20 miles away. A Relaxing holiday for those wanting to take in the beautiful scenery of the lake district or get involved in all that Haven Lakeland has to offer. Close to all local ameneties and the train station.

The caravan has a modern interior to give you that home from home feel and is warm and cosy with double glazing and central heating. There is a 32inch TV with freeview channels and a dvd player. Books, games and dvds are available for your use. * This is a non smoking caravan*

LOUNGE: Modern corner sofa in coffee and cream colour. Full length fully lined curtains. 32inch Flat screen TV with freeview channels. DVD player.

KITCHEN DINING: Beautiful oak table seating 6. Chairs full back with leatherette seating.

KITCHEN: Fitted units with full standing fridge freezer, Gas hob with 4 rings, grill and oven. The kitchen is supplied with everything for your holiday except for T-towels.Children's plates and cutlery set also available.

DOUBLE BEDROOM: Double bed with sprung mattress, double duvet and 4 pillows. Overhead storage and full length wardrobe with 4 drawers. Bedside lamp and alarm clock.

TWIN BEDROOM X 2: There are two twin bedrooms with 2 single beds in each and single wardrobes. Each bed is supplied with single duvet and one pillow.

BATHROOM: Power shower cubicle in white, white toilet and sink. Radiator and wall cabinet.

SEPERATE TOILET: White toilet and sink.

PATIO: Paved patio area with picnic bench. Private tarmac drive for 2 cars. To the front of the caravan is a large secure open grassed area for the children to play safely.

* Duvets and pillows provided but will need to bring own linen or can hire from Haven.

* PLEASE NOTE Park passes NOT included. To be purchased from Haven Lakeland Leisure Park.



* A £50 security deposit is payable at the time of booking which is in addition to the cost of your holiday. This will be returned within 7 days providing the caravan is clean and free from damage or any items missing.

Do you allow dogs as as we have a friendly Staffy which sleeps in a cage also goes in when we go out so will not have the run of the caravan unattended.
