Went into my first Prezzo today so was quite excited for the new one that opened in Southport, so booked a table for 7pm.
The establishment is decorated beautifully, the staff were friendly and the food was top notch, I had the lobster and crab ravioli, and couldn't have faulted it .
but then i asked for a dessert menu after my mains...
"sorry, but i need this table for quarter past 8."
By the time i had ordered my food it was quarter past 7! Just a hour and i was being kicked off my table. Dessert, a option denied to me. Other tables had been seated before us yet I saw none of them being shooed away!!
It lead to a abrupt dumping the bill in front of us and impatient stares as we got our coats on. Having booked a table you would expect a table time of 2 hours, and this brought a unpleasant end to our otherwise lovely meal.
If this is standard service, then I Will definitely not be paying Prezzo another visit.

Went last night had a wonderful meal with attentive staff..nothing was too much trouble.Only draw back was the air conditioning ...it was too hot in there
