Kickboxing is not as dangerous or as hard as you may think, no-one gets 'beat up' and no-one gets hurt !!

What you will get is a lot fitter, loose weight, learn how to look after yourself and gain more confidence than you can imagine.

You don't have to be fit to start, most people are very unfit when they begin. Everyone trains at their own pace within a very friendly environment.

The first session is FREE, so why not come along and give it a try, there's lots of days you can choose from:

Monday, 7:00pm - Banks Leisure Centre, Banks
Tuesday, 8:30pm - Banks Leisure Centre, Banks
Wednesday, 8:30pm - Victoria Sports Centre, Southport
Thursday, 8:00pm - Leisure Lakes, Western Bar, Mere Brow, Southport
Sunday, 4:00pm - Victoria Sports Centre, Southport

I have been a member of New Dawn Kickboxing since August 2011 and it is the best thing i ever did! Seriously!

I started after i broke up with my girlfriend and needed something to occupy me and get my confidence back, so i thought i would give it a try. I have been hooked ever since!
I feel great, I have lost over a stone in fat and started to build up and tone up.

There are different aspects to the club. You can come just to lose weight, you can come to learn kickboxing, or you can even work towards competing in competitions. It really depends on how far you want to take it.
I would seriously give it a go because i have never looked back. Like it states above, FIRST SESSION IS FREE so you really have nothing to lose!

I'm interested in kick boxing & was wondering if you do private sessions?

I joined last week and the class is fab. He keeps it entertaining but making sure you work your hardest. Definately recommend it!!!
