Merseyside Police is appealing for the public's helping in tracing a young man who went missing from home yesterday evening.

Nathan Creighton, aged 23, was reported missing from accommodation he was staying at in Walton at about 8.30pm on Tuesday night.

It is believed he travelled to the Rock Ferry area of the Wirral during the early hours of today to visit a relative but has not been seen by his family since.

Nathan is regarded as vulnerable and the police are becoming increasingly concerned about his welfare.

He is described as being white, around 5ft 7ins tall, of slim build with black shoulder-length hair. He was wearing a grey jacket with a red drawstring, navy blue tracksuit bottoms, grey trainers and orange socks.

Anyone who has seen Nathan or knows where he is should call Merseyside Police on 101 or leave information with the Missing People charity by calling 116 000.
