Sefton Advocacy News
Recruiting now for volunteer advocates
Would you like to help others?
Are you a person who is a good listener, confident and non-judgemental?
If so you could become a volunteer with Sefton Advocacy, who are currently recruiting people to speak up for vulnerable people to enable them to get their voice heard.
We are a small local independent charity providing independent advocacy services across the whole of Sefton.
We are a volunteer led charity and simply could not exist without the dedication and support of our team of volunteers.
Our volunteers receive full training and supervision, with on-going support and bi-monthly volunteer support meetings.
We require a minimum of twenty hours of volunteering a month for a minimum of six months after initial training.
We pay all out of pocket expenses.
