This part-time job role involves (but is not limited to):
- Send promotional mailings via email
- Provide administrative support for exhibitions and events
- Assist with the coordination of hospitality for visitors
- Ensure printed literature is always up-to-date and well stocked
- Help maintain the company database (ACT).
- Other tasks as required and requested by directors and managers
The ideal candidate will have previous office admin experience.
You will work well with others, as well as being able to use your own initiative.
