TITAN Detective Inspector Nick Hughes said: "TITAN is committed to tackling the blight of drugs on our streets and has already had many successes in disrupting the supply of drugs across the North West.

"We will continue, with the support of police forces across the North West and beyond, to target those suspected of being involved in the supply and distribution of drugs, and put them before the courts.

"Today's action is a continuation of a long-running and complex operation in relation to suspected heroin and cocaine supply and money laundering offences, which we have been investigating since May 2017.

"I would encourage anyone with information on serious and organised crime across the region to speak to your local force or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."

This is excellent work by the Police, drugs, and those who deal in them are the driving force of petty crime and burglary. More serious are drug wars between gangs which are responsible for knife and gun crimes.
