Im making a Ceylon tommorow hehehhehehe If your wondering which chillis I use..... Bird eye hehehe

  10. Thanks for the link Mattee.I am going to make a large batch of the brown stuff at the weekend. If the bloody weather stays like this,a good curry will be perfect to warm the cockles and any other bits that need warming. I'll throw in a couple of scotch bonnets for a bit of extra OOMPH.(Note to self,Buy extra loo rolls.)

Hee hee Ace. You know what .. ?........... My toilet experiences are no where near as bad as what they were when we were getting take aways. I still put a new Loo roll in the fridge over night though mwhuhahhahahahahaaaaaaa

Apart from the chillis you blend with the rest of the stuff, keep some back for when you have made your curry and slice them in half lengthways.. OOOOooooo that heats things up a little. Also ... in the last stages of cooking the brown stuff, I throw in a few bay leaves and a few cardamom pods Dunno why theres no Black pepper in the mix so I put some in anyway

  12. Fab pics!
