Right now considerably more concerned with the pantomime masquerading as government in THIS country, why do you always try deflection tactics with any political situation? oh sorry forgot you're a Tory, standard procedure, whatever goes wrong blame someone else or hastily change the subject.

    Bang on subject!

I thought you are a Remainer keen to stick with the EU and the Glorious Republic of France and Eire?

You don't sound so keen today.

To say that you have the brains of a rocking horse would be slur to the rocking horse.

AW diddums did someone say something not in praise of the glorious Tories

You can't possibly believe that the current goings are anything short of a total fiasco.

Having no credible political opposition the Tories have incorporated both roles.

More like Dr Dolittle's mythical pushmepullyou, the curious creature with two front facing ends but no back up.

This farce is entirely of Tory manufacture, starting with Cameron and his pathetic attempt to hang on to power at any price, then does a runner when things don't go his way, since then the government has been allegedly negotiating a deal or at least formulating a policy for withdrawal, currently we have the worst of all worlds and no plan worth the name.

    The People voted for Brexit.
Cameron as a Remainer had to resign.

    May has two plans.
The Tory's are divided on which plan.

Corbyn has no plans he just supports Brexit.

I agree with you SF, the Tories are in total disarray, but do you in all honesty, really believe that Corbyn and his merry little band of clowns would be any better? Let’s face it, Corbyn hasn’t once come up with an alternative to May’s Brexit plan, all he’s said so far is that he will oppose ANYTHING she puts forward.

I don’t understand that, Cameron had just won another five year term in Government, with an increased majority.

"Jeremy Corbyn risks disaster in Labour’s London heartland if he refuses to help stop Brexit, a major poll reveals today.

Voters say they would punish the party at the next general election, allowing the Conservatives to pull ahead in the capital for the first time since 1992.

Tottenham’s Labour MP David Lammy said the YouGov survey of more than 2,500 Londoners showed Mr Corbyn risked “fatally harming our chances at the next election” if he failed to oppose Brexit in Parliament.

Labour triumphed in London with a record 54.5 per cent of the vote in the 2017 election. The Conservatives managed only 33 per cent. The poll suggests that Labour is already losing support amid divisions over Brexit, with its share now reduced to 40 per cent and the Conservatives on 35.

But if Labour MPs failed to oppose a Brexit deal in the Commons, for example if Mr Corbyn gave them a free vote, the party’s London share would plummet to 30 per cent, with the Conservatives rising to 37 per cent."

As the situation slides ever deeper down the pan, who will end up taking the blame for this whole fiasco?

Public will surely blame the politicians for messing up. While our politicians will turn the blame back on the voting public....

Well the majority did vote to leave the EU.

I think SF might be referring to the fact Cameron's 2015 win was due in large part to his 2013 pledge to hold a referendum if Conservatives won the 2015 election. He got the majority he wanted, but not the referendum result he expected!
