I would like to take this opportunity to reassure you, that here at Southport Pleasureland there is only one priority for us, and that is keeping our guests and staff safe.
This is always the case, but never more so than right now. To ensure the highest levels of protection for everyone as UK Coronavirus cases continue to grow, and working with the most up to date information available, we have decided to delay opening here at Southport Pleasureland until Saturday 4th April.
As the Government’s best advice is changing daily we believe this is the right thing to do while there are still such high levels of uncertainty. It’s not something any business could have predicted.
The park is all set to go and looking great. We’re ready to welcome guests when we open. Taking the decision now to postpone opening is very disappointing, but it gives everyone the opportunity to adjust and move forward guided by more informed advice.
We will continue to closely monitor Government information for businesses and update our policy accordingly, so we recommend you keep checking our website for the latest news from Southport Pleasureland.
I would like to reassure families that the park will be open soon, and we look forward to offering everyone a warm welcome then.
