Police are appealing for help in tracing 42 year-old Remus-Catalin Mocanu who is wanted on recall to prison.
Mocanu, who is of no fixed abode, was released from prison after serving part of a sentence for theft.
He has been recalled for breaching the terms of his licence.
He is described as a white male, 6ft 1in tall, of proportionate build with brown hair and brown eyes.
