Hi there,
What do you think of these painting John, seems cheap to me, at £56.33 delivered for all three...
I could see someone wanting these, I could see someone wanting these for around £50 each... What do you think Vanny ??
Thank you in advance.

1st (Scottish) hard subject to sell.
2nd. very ugly....but commercial
3rd rubbish....unsellable.
Not a good investment
but again, only my opinion.
To day you can fill a large transit luton van full of furniture for £300 and then sell it at places like Newark for £1500.
You can also fill your pocket with £300 worth of postage stamps
and you will never sell them.
Paintings like you keep showing are at the bottom of the ladder.
But it is down there you will one day find a sleeper.
good luck

I see what you are saying, but I have to disagree with you this time Vanny, Joseph Gallea is hardly "bottom of the ladder", he is quite prolific and his paintings do quite well @ Auction, yes these may not be the best quality, but you say number 3 is rubbish and un sellable, I brought it because was told it was late 19th / early 20th Century, and was apparently English School, surey got to be worth £16.88... ??
Anyway, I will look to sell these at a local Auction house, named Lacy & Scott Knight & see what they think of them, but am adimate, they have got to be worth what I paid for them, oh well we will see...
