Rufford
I was going to bring you some lovely pics or the small pool opposite Rufford Railway Station but got ejected because it is a 'Fishery' despite the fact that I only had a camera and certainly would NOT do any fishing EVER.
The person who asked if they could help me certainly had NO INTENTION of carrying out that notion.
However I have got a few pics of the pond and some lovely little ducklings.
Rufford Fishery is NOT a friendly place to go.

that is no defence, you were traspassing, they had the right to tell you to leave, and the right to eject you from their property.
you were trespassing and that is unlawful.

I know some of the regions fisheries have trouble with people dumping rubbish, killing ducks etc, stealing fish, dumping fish... maybe they just dont see trespassers in a good light. Seems alittle churlish to mention it on here, especially as you were acting unlawfully and theyw ere within their rights.
