You can get your fast food even faster now from Subway on Church St., Ormskirk - with delivery by a natty e-bike.
Manager Jessica's pictured yesterday afternoon on a Just Eat delivery to Thompson Avenue via the town centre on the bike which has a maximum speed of just over 15 mph - fast enough to speed orders to a 1.5 mile radius of the shop.
The new initiative is a first for Ormskirk with most deliveries by car from takeaways like Food4U, Wans, Chicken Lovers and Spice House.
And crucially that 1.5 mile limit includes our good friends at EHU who are regular customers...

Nearly got run over by that bike on burscough street with one of the riders going up burscough street ! the drivers are using the pedestrian areas with no respect of road directions.
Im sure there are no exemptions for them !
