Give it a rest , it's obvious you don't like Roger . Can you prove it was him taking the photos ? I completely agree phones should not be used whilst driving . But just take your personal problem out with Roger . If you have proof , you should be reporting to the police as this is a serious offence instead of 'whining on and on ' on web sites and not doing anything about this ? May be you have and I am sure we will hear about it if you have !
