The lifting of lockdown's seen more classic cars and bikes hitting the road.
Spotted at the busy Booths roundabout on Saturday lunchtime was this pristine Mitsubishi Lancer Turbo, a highly collectable forbear of the Evo's, now a favourite with the max power generation.
Writing the Advertiser's weekly motoring reviews back in the 80's, I can remember borrowing a similar car from Heatons who were the official Mitsubishi dealers - and recall spinning its wheels in third gear on a very wet Southport Road...
This car has just 30,000 odd miles on the clock and is MOT'd till mid September according to the gov.uk MOT website.
Also spotted on Saturday at a used car lot in Burscough was this Rover 3500VDP - the so called 'Harold Musgrove special'.
