News from police in Tarleton:

'We were contacted in relation to a suspicious package delivered to an address in Tarleton.

Due to what were obviously false names and addresses, we discovered that the parcel contained 40,000 Class C tablets with a street value of £60k.

This parcel could have been delivered to be collected by the buyer but was intercepted and passed to Police.

If the real owner would like to discuss this please get in touch!

Please can residents be vigilant and if they suspect anything to contact us ASAP. This is a known method used by those who choose to buy illegal items on the Internet.
