Corbyn
Jeremy has many Labour supporters on here so maybe they will point out where we have got this wrong;
he has recently said there is no credible evidence for Iran carrying out the attacks on the oil tankers in the Gulf of Oman yet there are pictures and videos of the mines and the un-exploded ones being removed.
It is surely credible enough evidence to warrant an accusation ?
What have I missed ?

Labour supporter does not always equate to Corbyn supporter, he is right to say we must defuse the situation, wrong to simply deny the evidence.

You've missed the word remove, the US have jumped in straight way using the footage to accuse without any backup evidence.

Let’s be honest, Corbyn has demonstrated many times just how much he loves the Arabs.

Doesn't the footage show a mine being removed ?
It also begs the question what were they doing there polishing it ?

Apart from the Russian competition which is held every year, Aviavarts - in which the Russian security forces show its might in the area, earlier this month, there has also been Iranian action taken against the ban placed on Iranian oil whereby the Iranians have been renaming tankers with European titles to be able to ship oil into Europe. Recently, the US have accused Iran of attacking two oil tankers in the Gulf of Oman, apparently without any substantiating proof.

Aviavarts is held every year. Its location is determined long before the competition.Just this time Crimea. Iranian News.
US view that Iran was behind an attack on two oil tankers in the Gulf of Oman.
On the BBC’s Today programme on Friday morning Jeremy Hunt was asked: “You backed the US assessment that Iran is behind this attack. Do you have independent evidence of that?”
Hunt replied: “We are going to make our own independent assessment, we have our processes to do that.”

Reuters: "Iran has given new English names and changed the flags of many of its oil tankers, two of which are steaming toward Europe with an EU ban on Iranian oil imports just a week away, ship tracking data shows. The Haraz is now Freedom, Nesa has transformed into Truth, and Sima has become Blossom. At least a third of oil tanker operator National Iranian Tanker Company's ships have registered with the pacific atolls of Tuvalu and also Tanzania after dropping their Maltese and Cypriot flags. NITC is not subject to U.N. sanctions, but with Malta and Cyprus coming under increased EU pressure to stop flagging Iranian government-linked ships, NITC has hoisted flags from Tuvalu on at least 11 of its 39 oil tankers, while Tanzanian flags fly above at least two. Merchant ships need a flag from national ship registries to gain access to most of the world's ports. According to ship tracking data on Reuters, two of the tankers, now called Pioneer and Elite, were heading through the Red Sea toward Europe on Sunday, where a ban on buying Iranian oil comes into effect on July https://www.unitedagainstnucleariran...roubled-waters
Going by the previous history of the US and its fantasy accusations - Corbyn could quite well be right. The US is continuously seeking to create wars in the Gulf States and keeps trying to convince the UK to believe what the US say.
Blog response: T. Callam - Of course, the USA would never lie to pull the UK into a war......cough*....Iraq/Iran....cough*

Removed not being attached, it is perfectly logical the Iranians being there, it was the closest country to the incident.

How can you honestly denigrate anyone when Johnson is going to be unleashed. I'm sorry Hamble but I thought you were more intelligent than this.
