The Earth is Moving further from the Sun
According to Forbes:
"Some 4.5 billion years ago, our planet was around 50,000 kilometers closer to the Sun than it is today, and will grow more distant more rapidly as the Sun continues to evolve. With each and every orbit that passes, the planets become progressively less tightly-bound to our Sun."
Bearing that in mind, do you think that it is possible that at one time, life did exist on each of the other planets, but that they moved too far distant from the sun, resulting in a different atmosphere killing off all life forms?

A) I'd put that down to centrifugal force.
B) Life must have arisen somewhere - the proof is we exist. Whether that happened here or elsewhere, is up for debate. Either life began on Earth in some muddy pool/in the sea. Or it arrived as bacteria on a chunk of rock from space....Whichever, it was the most incredible fluke - because science has been unable to duplicate the process in a lab, to create a living animal from scratch.

We have already had that in the 1980's. Do you not remember? It went on for some years, and was all over the media regularly, that the Earth was moving into another ice age, that the planet was indeed cooling, and that scientists had proven that beyond doubt?

It's us asserting our sovereignty again.
Whatever the cost

Centripetal force, I think you mean.
Yes, but that is what is so exciting about Science, it involves many mysteries/intrigues of the World. It is like a massive jigsaw, as each piece of information is discovered, new realisation comes to light, or is proved to be a red herring which obstructs clarity. Some things we may never know - while others may be found in the future. Science will never cease.
The closest scientists have come to finding original life, involves an RNA enzyme which scientists have found self replicates and mutates. It is only when these can evolve on their own, that it can be considered as a primitive life form. (Scripps Research Institute) There would not be just one research team involved in this science - various institutes all over the world will be working to the same goal. These scientists will meet at conferences symposiums or publish papers to discuss their findings and that is how we move on towards a solution.

I think an alien race that moved the moon into place altered our evolution long before time as we know it began, and don’t worry about the sun China have made us a new one.

If it was measured over Southport did the tide come in?

Measured
Maybe you are too young to remember that just outside Peter pans playground on the road going towards the marine bridge where the cafe on stilts used to be there were tide lines clearly marked on the curb side showing how far the tide came in each year, as the years passed you could actually see from the marks that over a long time many years the tide was progressively going out further and further and having seen this also happen in my lifetime it’s like watching the evolution of our coastline in real time.

Nice observations there.
You are in a good mood today - can I have some of what you are on? and I don't think it is coffee.

Did not need to see kerb lines - just the fact that Lord Street does not flood anymore.

I cannot remember the tide lines.
Do remember the cafe and Peter Pans Playground and the Aquarium opposite.
My mother remembers being left at Mary Willets day nursery.
