Laughable.
Did you miss the Bus Claim Court case it was all over the media, did you lose your money with Marcus Ball ?
As the Courts accepted giving a gross figure is not a lie, otherwise they are going to have to pull an awful lot of job adverts.

We invariably disagree over matters Brexit and rub along on other issues but I am not a racist nor do I wish this overarching smear to be used so frivolously like it has been since the referendum vote.
Toodles has already covered your point in an earlier post.
The only thing I would wish to add here is that, although two wrongs don't make a right, you should really look at your own posts (and get your own house in order) before you start to call out others on name calling.

Understand what you're saying and yes it is unfair to brand ALL Brexiteers as racist, however it is fair to say that there is a high degree of racism within the Brexit movement, must add when it comes to using overarching smears, you are not averse to using a very broad brush when referring to Remainers.

Racist scum. Isn't there some Alt-Right Reddit page you can haunt?
I can't believe you're allowed to post on here.
Have I missed something here ?
I am sure if I have it will be pointed out in spades but is this not the first and only suggestion of race ?
The suggestion that someone should be shot for exercising their right to test opinions in court is certainly indefensible in itself but you do seem to have "joined up the dots" and your coterie has jumped on board.

A valiant effort to deflect but I was clearly talking about your interpretation of the two pairs of sentences, and how you were arguing about the context between the 1st pair but denying any context in the 2nd pair.
Much as you'd like, you can't have it both ways.

It may not have been a lie but it certainly wasn't true.
We don't send £350m to the EU weekly, it is a figure grossed up with deductions / allowances made before being sent just like your income tax

So it wasn't a lie which for political campaigning is a positive endorsement.
We all know that politicians from all sides present the "facts" to suit their arguments.
These pointless challenges and delays of which some are with the Supreme Court at the moment are simply the last thrashings of a failed campaign.
Even a resounding and unlikely win in the Supreme Court only brings delay.
It may bring some satisfaction to its supporters but achieves absolutely nothing but expense and delay for the country.
You may cut up the Brexiteers trousers and spread some tittle tattle around about them but the divorce is happening.

I did. Christ on a bike.
Didn't find anything on Pink News, which is a pity as I'd love to read how his 'shadow people' theory went on there. But the rest? BNP, his Twitter feed, he's almost a caricature of a racist homophobe. I'm going to say, as I always have, there's a pinch of self-loathing about that, as he seems quite fond of Harry Styles...

You and 'Said' are possibly the most vocal proponents of Brexit on here. So when he comes out with his usual racist bullcrap, it doesn't reflect well on Brexiteers. As I said, not all leave voters are racist, but all racists are leave voters.
I'd say most leave voters I know personally could be described as 'casual racist', rather than full burning cross and bedsheet. Not all of them, but enough for a pattern forming. Dropping the 'n' or 'p' word when they think they are among friends. If you called them 'racist', they'd be horrified and would deny it vehemently. They are over 50s, with some archaic 70 years old, almost Basil Fawlty-esque, view of Germany as still wanting to rule Europe. Very like 'Said'. I'd wager Merkel is near the top of his 'mouth sewing' list.
So no, not all leave voters are racist. But when virtually the entire world cannot see any reasonable economic justification for the self-harm that just over a third of the electorate foisted upon us, the reasons range from racist, through masochistic, to plain gullible. Or the famous 'left behind'. Easy meat for the demagogues, in other words. Strings pulled.
So I do accept not all leave voters are racists. Just a lot. And not you.
Nor do I think all leave voters are twisted psychopaths who fantasise about torturing and murdering women.

Well I accept your long winded and somewhat tortured "apology" if I may be so bold as to term it as that on the racist allegation,
but it seems I still have to place myself in amongst the 17.4 million gullible old masochists having our strings pulled because of our desires and prejudices not rational argument.
It seems I am saved from the fire only to be dropped in the mire.
It has to be said I did label Ms Millar as a closet anti-Brexit campaigner when she first raised her case but was told on many occasions on here she was only interested in process clearly I was right but still I wish her no harm think of all those poor lawyers she has enriched.
The expensive delay I suppose we have to chalk up to experience.

Quite frankly, as long as you aren't planning on making a suit out of murdered women's mouths, in the manner of Buffalo Bill in 'Silence of the Lambs', you're one up on the other Brexit cheerleader.
You can take that as a compliment if you like.

Ah! I see 'said' is justly banned yet again.
I'm sure it won't be long before he's back spouting libellous comments and comments potentially inciting extreme violence.

If you read what he was actually banned for and the lead up to it there was certainly lets say some pot stirring.
Still he does trolley along the gutter and if someone edges him into the drain tough.

What I have noticed since 2016 is a very definite increase in people feeling legitimate in expressing racist and xenophobic thoughts. That's not to say they didn't have them before but just didn't say them out loud.
They seem to feel that the referendum result gave them permission.
And as for Farage, Tice and co, they are too clever to be caught expressing racist comments. But they are very adroit at dog-whistling to racists and enlisting their support. And of course, when those people are occasionally exposed they make the correct noises about there being "no place for them in this party" etc

He'll be back. I did consider reporting the Gina Miller post to the police, but maybe another ban might make him think twice about posting such twisted thoughts.
Doubt it though. Given his comments on this and other sites, he's got some issues.
