CORRECT, but it appears to me that homosexuals/Lesbians seem to want to make it a badge of pride by telling everyone. I've said it a thousand times on here I don't give a damn what people do in private be they heterosexual/homosexual/lesbian but I don't want to know. I don't get introduced to someone and make a point of letting them know I am heterosexual. As far as I am concerned they are their own worst enemy they have laws that I don't have to protect them and it appears that they want to push the boundaries to make the point they are untouchable or unmentionable.

I don't know Falau like everyone on this thread and I am not religious but like EVERYONE he has the right of an opinion and Very Dangerous Ground is being walked here if the establishment can take his livelihood off him for his opinion. As he assaulted/seriously harmed or killed anyone?

Late last year I started a new job, in the first week or so I'd been asked a couple of times if I'm gay. I am, I don't hide it nor do I promote it, would they ask someone if they're straight?

People like these two rugger types should be allowed to voice their opinions, and do so under the blanket of free speech.
How else can the more sensible amongst us challenge those views and beliefs. Other posters have rightly voiced concerns over the risk of harm to certain groups, but I believe this fear of harm is given a disproportionate level of credence. A more considered approach is required here.
Unless someone is clearly and unequivocally inciting others to cause actual harm to another, they should be allowed to express their opinions freely.
To have it any other way risks turning the world into an intellectual desert. I cite some of our universities and the ridiculous 'safe space' crusade some have embarked upon.

Far better to let these religious wallahs spout their nonsense and give others a chance to debunk the bunkum.

We can't live our lives or run our society at the lowest levels of thinking.

Some will distort the simplest of comments to their own ends.

Believing people will burn in hell is medieval thinking and reacting to it is a waste of emotion.

Heaven and hell are part of a carrot and stick invention for control of the populace.

If were going to condemn or ban anyone maybe we should start with those who preach this nonsense rather than those who simply repeat it.

With Folau already having warned by the ARU over these serious breaches of his contract. In spite of that he has now effectively thumbed his nose at his employers and his contractual responsibilities. Consequently, as with any contracted employment, he'll get his just desserts, and rightly so.

I can't think of any offensive remarks that I could make about you being a heterosexual, but can list many that can be levelled at homosexuals, if there are then you have the same protection in law as everyone else.
