If people exercise their legal right and turn up to find facilities closed for no valid reason they are going to be frustrated and park anywhere. Closing these facilities is making a bad situation worse, nobody is going to turn up for a day out and turn around and go home because the carpark is shut but there is a good chance that they may never come again.
Facilities of many and all types have been shut across the country, why should all the sheep expect to turn up here, or anywhere else for that matter and expect to welcomed with open arms and everything open and available?
Plus of course look at the fiasco when the NT decided to open the carpark at Formby point.

Such a claim is well out of character for you. Normally, on every other topic, you have sifted out the evidence and weighed up every detail - and yet, you have failed to do so on this occasion. Does that mean that you are comfortable with everything that you have been told, that you do not see anything unusual to this outbreak compared to previous epidemics, that you accept all the complete reversals on statements previously made?
If I was a press officer for the Police force - I would be told that everything I state had to be 100% fact before it goes to press. Imagine then, if I was covering an RTA for instance - how would it look if I reported that a man was the victim of a hit and run collision with a Blue Mercedes. Then I later reported that it was not a man but two ladies and they were in collision with a Red Jaguar. Then a further report later, that it was not a hit and run because the driver stopped and gave his details, and that it was a near miss not a hit and run? So would you take that report as fact - what exactly would you believe?
That is similar to what you are expected to accept with this outbreak!

Planeloads of immigrant workers have been arriving into the UK from polluted areas, without these people having health checks??
What is good for the geese is good for the gander, wouldn't you say? When we leave the EU for good - there should not be any repeats of this, that is for sure.
I thought this was nothing more than a cold, according to you. So how are areas 'polluted'?
And 'when we leave the EU', they'll still need planeloads of immigrants to work in agriculture. Obviously you Brexiteers haven't volunteered.
I'd have thought you'd be front and centre with your kneepads for the good of this country.

There was one vacancy available in Preston - that was all. The rest are down South. The immigrants are taken on as slave labour - most of the British people could not afford to take the employment offered, much as they would like to, as they have mortgages/rents/bills to pay. The immigrants are given very basic accommodation, or they find better conditions living in tents.
All cities are far more polluted than outlying areas. Not due to traffic alone. There are large numbers of buildings in very close proximity, preventing the natural flow of air. Air flows in open areas but where there are obstacles the air is blocked and rises and falls. The floors on each building have separate air conditioning/heating units that distribute polluted air to the environment. Large numbers of people in a relatively close proximity, all using waste and hygiene facilities that are discarded down the drains which often become blocked. Disease incubator!
Of course it isn't just a cold - more like the Black plague. Did you not see the conveyor belts set up everywhere in every street, direct to the morgue?

I don't need a speech on air quality. I want to know why you assume these people come from 'polluted' places, and what difference that makes if they come here to work?
I think when you were referring to these places as 'polluted', you meant with the virus. The same virus you have gone to great lengths to dismiss.
So the virus is a pollutant in foreign parts and foreign people, but virtually harmless here. And these foreigners should have health checks, to see they aren't carrying this foreign virus.
Not saying Brexiteers are racist. But if it looks like a rat and squeaks like a rat, it probably isn't an elephant.
