Altcar Training Camp, Grange Road, Formby
Firefighters dealt with a grass fire at Altcar Training Camp in Formby yesterday.
Crews were on the scene at 14.55. Seven appliances were in attendance.
Crews are used high pressure hose reels and beaters to tackle the fire, which was approximately three hectares in size.

It is English now - it is metric measure. Farmers still use the Imperial system converting to Metric for official purposes when required.

Never mind the hectare/acre argument: doesn't it have something to do with adopting Greenwich Mean Time or something.
Grange Road is not in Formby. It is on Altcar Training Camp. It is Hightown.
