I have both. Like many of you I think Netflix has more choice. Amazon is a lot cheaper, and as I buy a lot of stuff from Amazon I more than get my money's worth. Some of the free books are OK too.
I checked the UK costs on both of them. Converting to £s, Netflix is about the same. Amazon seems to be the same price in Canadian dollars ($79.99) as it is in pounds. So I'm only paying about £47 a year. I also do a bit of the 'how' for some things that I can't get any other way.
BTW, Toodles... Just started Midnight Mass, your sisters are right. I'm enjoying it.

I do use the 'how' now and again, but usually because I haven't the patience to wait for a new series to land here. Which I'll pay for anyway when it does.
You're on the wrong track. I'm talking "live"....

Ah, yes.
I object to giving Sky more money than they already get out of me, too.
Yet to find a decent K**i add on for live TV, but there are a few decent IPTV services.
Sod Sky. I only watch about one football match a month. I'm not paying a king's ransom for it.

Likewise....there's more than enough stuff/channels on Freeview to keep me happy.
The fewer direct debits the better!

Netflix costs me a fiver a month in with my sky package, lately sky have moved most of the stuff I watch over to independent pay channels like Disney .
Lately tho I have been watching all the series of an idiot abroad and the moaning of life ( again ) and completed the Karl pilkington fest last night by watching every episode of sick of it back to back.
I don’t think a fiver a month is too bad I watch around 2 films a day, tonight I just watched an Indian spy film called (RAW) Romeo Akbar Walter about the conflict with Pakistan in 1971, was a good film and now having a look at something called Alice in borderland for tomorrow, looks a bit like squid game, not sure yet tho just found it.
Sisyphus is a good series to wade through
There’s a brill one called The spy with Sacha Baron Cohen, yea he is great as borat or Ali G but fantastic as a straight ( as in un comical ) actor .

Alice in borderland just finished the series and it looks like a cheap Japanese copy of Korean squid game, worth a watch I suppose, phhh.

Just watched the PPV Boxing earlier, well worth watching these channels, which are all inclusive with my eye pea tee vee cost of £60 A YEAR..And possibly saving ANOTHER £400.00+ a year to be able to watch these type of events, without paying any "extra money" just to watch them on the other well known subscribers monthly prices...
