There is a petition to Revoke Art.50 if there is no Brexit plan by the 25 of February.
If you don't want to be forced down the road of no deal or a bad deal, please sign!
It needs 100,000 signatures to be considered for debate in parliament and is half way there.
Sign and share!

More than 350,000 have signed this one - methinks you are outnumbered a tad :-)

Respect the result of the plebiscite.
Orwell said "If there is hope, it lies in the proles." Whilst champagne socialists see diversity idealised at university, the common folk experience it first hand in their neighbour hoods.

Generally once Article 50 has been set in motion - it would be very impractical to revoke it. It would appear that the media have all jumped on this new drama. It would require every EU member agreeing to the move - considering that only the Lisbon Treaty deals with this issue, and that not every member of the EU signed this treaty, it could be very complex. The move would require an act of Parliament to be passed, and a new agreement with the EU would need to be agreed with the other member states, which could create a protectionist market between the UK/EU members. It would probably include the UK entering into the Eurozone.
This petition if it reached the right level of GENUINE individual votes, would be put forward for a motion. End of. The majority of Remainer's have recognised that such a move would be self defeating.

Nope, the European Court of Justice ruled back in December that the UK could revoke Article 50 unilaterally.
In addition, if Article 50 is revoked, the UK could remain in the EU under the current terms of its membership, judges ruled.
This would allow the UK to keep its rebate on EU budget contributions, continue to opt-out of justice and home affairs legislation, and remain outside of the passport-free Schengen area and the euro single currency.

Liam Fox is a very worried man - new trade deals are not going well.
The EU - Japan deal which is already reducing tariffs will see it more beneficial for Japanese car manufacturers to build cars in Japan and export to Europe. Goodbye Nissan, Honda and Toyota in the UK.

signed, but to be honest it's out of our hands now. They will do what they will do.
We've made our bed, Now it's time to lie in it I guess.

Hypothetically - To revoke article 50, it is not a legal matter - it is political. Every member state has to agree with the UK remaining in the EU. This is where is becomes complex. Only in the Lisbon treaty does it mention conditions to revoke article 50, so technically only the member states who signed the Lisbon Treaty are allowed to vote. But it will require EVERY member to agree to the new conditions - the thing is as they have not all agreed to the content of Lisbon treaty, so how can they be allowed to vote on this?

Guess we have a few weeks to find out, I'll be keeping my fingers crossed.

Yes, to be clear, this petition is to revoke article 50, not postpone!
In other words, forget the whole sorry mess, not be railroaded into something we didn't vote for (and that applies to remainers and many leavers alike).
Let's put it behind us and get on with more important things!

Would you be saying the same if the result was to Remain but the government went ahead with plans to leave anyway?

No, and I wouldn't be campaigning for this if the govt. had negotiated a good deal. This is to save us from a bad deal or no deal scenario!
