Then you consider yourself as having always been mindful of potential legal consequences .

Steve quoted that same article, but there are many others.
You do not have to travel as far as Wales for examples - they happen everywhere, including in Southport. I can quote several cases. There was one case where the instigator had been warned on several occasions that their assumptions were wrong and could lead to trouble for the victim. But they continued until the Police paid them a visit. This type of attack can occur simply because someone does not like another for any reason. It happens to innocent young children at school and it can happen to anyone.
But people choose to remain silent where actual criminals are concerned. It is very difficult to get people to talk about known criminal behaviour which they have observed, even on the internet. Perhaps the reason is that many people are scared of retribution from a criminal person, as opposed to knowing, or rather hoping, that those who are just ordinary members of the public would do little.
To put a stop to it, it needs a direct line of attack! If you find you have been targeted by some person whose identity you do not know - and you see a number of supporting accusations made against you on the web page - respond to each individual person and inform them that they have been mislead, and if they continue publishing lies against you they will be liable to prosecution. Perhaps direct contact with each personally will be seen to have breached their private protection of the internet. Would you agree?

You seem to be rebutting points that local hasn't actually made.
For instance, where on this thread has local conceived of or mentioned the concept of a 'Pitchforking Mob'?
Has local previously conceived of or mentioned on another thread the concept of a 'Pitchforking Mob'?.
This thread, by the way, is titled 'Do you agree with Pitchfork Mafia Mobs'.
This thread that you've titled.

More so than most. There are no laws that I have broken since all the information given are published facts which have long been in the public domain. I believe that either the guy has now been arrested, or at least is being sought, after having had around £300,000 of cannabis confiscated along with guns and other weapons etc.,so, even if you are a defender of criminal activity - you would be hard pushed to claim he is an innocent member of the public.
I neither said nor claimed he was a criminal - I merely pointed out discrepancies in his published statements. Those sharp enough would have understood - while it would have meant nothing to those who are not.

Who would even begin to dream up that wild idea?
Aside, that is, from someone who is partial to wild conspiracy theories?

Oh! I did not realise that you contributed to those as well.

She rushed up to the owner of the larger animals and began shouting abuse at them. Later, the owner of the small dog put a complaint on social media. Sounds fair enough!
The large number of responses from other dog owners on the same site, strongly supported the woman whose dog had been attacked - until that is - the owner of the two large dogs responded. The truth was that the larger dogs had been playing together with ball, when the smaller dog had run up to them snapping and growling, the larger dogs has responded by barking at the intruder, but they did not touch him. The owner of the smaller dog was at some distance away and had seen the large dogs barking at her pet and had 'assumed' her dog was being attacked. Friends of the owner of the two dogs, also posted that the tow large dogs were really soft and would never attack anything. That closed that thread. But what if the victim had not responded, it could have got well out of hand over such a small incident.
There are a large number of events such as this? Do you have any solutions?
I hope I never come up in court with you on the jury!
"The truth was" - no it wasn't. It was the opinion of the owner of the two large dogs.
Friends of the owner of the two dogs, also posted that the tow (sic) large dogs were really soft and would never attack anything. Again, this is just an opinion, and unless the friends were clairvoyant, how would they know the dogs would never attack anything?
One characteristic of those who join 'Pitchfork Mafia Mobs' is that they believe whatever story fits their agenda.

I'm still wondering what happened to the snake,
which I suppose in these cloudy days could be a euphemism.

I forgot to mention that the owner of the two larger dogs is well known in the area and as dog owners go - she is very responsible. Your last statement is accurate only up to a point - there are many people now who are very naive, and who will believe anything they are told without question.
Note: You are more likely to come up to court and face me as a judge. Just make sure you have brought a change of clothing with you, and a warm coat for the winter.

Quite a versatile chap, hmmmmmm?????.

Don't forget councelling (sic) school children
I recall one thread in which Said questioned someone's qualifications as a barrister. You know how he loves to question people's academic qualifications, ironic really. He said it would have been impossible for him to have qualified in X amount of years. He then listed the steps and time involved before being called to the bar. Plus a few steps that don't exist, and a total misunderstanding of what "shadowing" is. I corrected him, and also explained what shadowing is. He thanked me kindly... no, really, he did!
Judge?... yeah, and I'm Judge Judy
