Which hospital are you referring to? The nearest hospital to Leyland is Chorley and they have had one case admitted - according to the NHS figures for the whole of the North West for July 2021.

Cases? Are the number of people testing positive and if the patients just have Covid they are told to go home and sort it out themselves. Those who are given a bed in the hospital are suffering from other illnesses - but would have tested positive for Covid within the past thirty days.

If 86% of the population as you have claimed, have had the vaccination, then they have surpassed the percentage for herd immunity and they have no need to continue advertising for more people to take up the vaccination.

So we are all safe and sound by your own submission and everybody can relax now.

OK There are 132 Hospitals in the South East of England - you will see from the following pages of the NHS figures for Covid that there has been less than one patient admitted to each hospital classed as Covid cases. Covid alone does not warrant a hospital bed - the patients would have been suffering from underlying diseases which would require a hospital bed. Anyone who had tested positive for Covid within the past thirty days is classed as a Covid case - whether they have got over it or not because the tests show up dead cells as much as the live cells (https://www.news-medical.net/news/20...positives.aspx)
If people are held in a hospital, it is because they have far more serious viruses.

Now you say a lot of people are dying from this Covid - and you do not read newspapers or watch television news etc., good. Do you happen to live near any undertakers/funeral business? Have you noticed how many extra hearses have been purchased to deal with this pandemic? Are the hearses coming and going all day non stop? Have you been to the local graveyard recently? Have you noticed how many funerals are taking place? Are they non stop too? Have you been to the chemist lately? The first symptom is a sore throat. Are the shelves empty of sore throat remedies? Have you been past the Hospital lately? Are the ambulances non stop bringing in patients all day long? The majority of people were wearing masks and distancing, weren't they? Then how is it that the number of cases of variant Covid was increasing alarmingly? You say that you have talked to nurses and medical staff? So have I, but I do not get the same response as you appear to have. Let's continue on...how many people have you seen staggering along the road about to collapse with Covid? How many motorists have collapsed at the wheel? Perhaps you will refuse to look at the national death figures for the whole of the UK as they could leave out entries perhaps - because the figure have not increased for the past five years in accordance with the increase in the population. Do you talk to other people in the neighbourhood - now be honest, has any one ever told you that they are suffering from Covid and they are going home to isolate or do the people tell you "I know someone who has had it...etc.," or "my sister's husband's brother's aunt has had it"

It is your misunderstanding of a virus that creates fear in people. Perhaps I did not make this clear. NO-ONE has died of Covid!!! A healthy person's immune system is well capable of fighting off a mild virus such as Covid. A person who is suffering from other health problems has a number of rogue viruses in the body, the immune system becomes overloaded and cannot deal with the addition of ANY additional virus, be it a cold, influenza or Covid. The Immune system then breaks down and requires medical assistance. If the person affected is near to the end of life - it could cause that person to die a week or two earlier, or they could have been due to die that day - who knows.

Long term covid, lasting for more than sixteen days - could be due to a number of causes. If a person suffers from high blood pressure while being otherwise healthy it could mean that they have excess ACE2 , this is an Angiotensin converting enzyme 2 containing metalloenzyme, which are located on various cells including intestine and renal cells and which undergo mechanisms reducing them to soluble proteins which are then released into the blood stream. It is that - or you believe that a virus is stopped/ obstructed by face masks, or that two metres distance will prevent anyone from contracting an airborne disease, or that in an enclosed warm room full of people distancing will prevent anyone catching it, when the door open and close continuously. but that if you are sitting down eating you will not catch the virus but if you are standing up in the same place you will, that you are vulnerable while alone in your car but not when you are walking along a pavement. That the virus is more active where there is loud noise, but not in the enclosed space of your home, etc.,etc., Then to prove it they generate a coloured photograph of a virus microbe that has never been visually identified.

Rather reminds me of the modern day model of an atom - the components of which have been dreamed up in the most complicated structure that renders it unworkable.
