Therapy!
Bit like fishing when you spend ages catching one sprat only to throw it back in the sea again.

With a response like that, you are not likely to convince anyone you know any better.
You too, offer only personal insults, you have no argument to back up anything. Do yourself a favour - never get into any debate, it is you who will look like a fool.
If you filled a room with the highest talented candle makers- none would have been able to invent the light bulb. Through out history, many people have been denigrated for their views, but knowledge is that which differentiates critical thinkers from the herd. Descartes, Galileo, Aristotle, Darwin, Einstein etc., whenever have any of the herd come up with any better ideas?
There are none so blind that cannot see.

You have a very short memory. Can I refer you to the Nurses Strike thread and the Due Next Month thread, we proved on those who had no argument or offered any factual evidence to back up posts, we again proved who was the fool and who has proffered insults resultsing in warnings and bans. You went silent when realising you'd lost your case, so please do us a favour and resort to like and go silent again, preferably for more than 72 hours.

Presumed dedication
Most public rights of way have come into existence by way of presumed dedication. Presumed dedication refers to a long-established principle that long use by the public without challenge can constitute evidence that the landowner intended to dedicate the used route as a public right of way.
Presumed dedication can take place under either common law or statute law, which provide slightly different frameworks. Anyone who has evidence that a right of way has come into existence by statute or common law can apply for a Definitive Map Modification Order (DMMO) to have the right of way recorded on the definitive map.
Common law
Common law is made up of custom and decisions of the courts over time. Over the centuries the principle of presumed dedication has evolved so that a person claiming a right of way by common law must be able to demonstrate that public use took place openly and freely for a sufficient period for their claim to succeed.
No rule has been established about what constitutes a ‘sufficient period’, so each common law claim is decided on the facts of the case. The onus is on the person claiming a right of way to show that by the landowner’s conduct, or the absence of any action by the landowner to prevent the public from using the claimed route, it can be inferred that the landowner intended to dedicate the path to the public.

I can back up all I claim. In many instances I have done so in full and repeatedly and it has fallen on deaf ears. If you do not have an open mind then it is useless trying to prove anything to you. To be able to debate sensibly you have to listen to all evidence put before you before offering your views. All you have ever given me are links to media reports that I have already read and argued against.
I do not insult anyone personally - the bans I have been given have been due to either, a mistaken translation of British Law - in a court these would have been ignored due to the eccentricities of the British language, or a reference to a publication that is already in the public domain, and which has been accepted - so again no crime.
I understand that you operate on a completely different wavelength to me - you see various events your way - I see them in mine. The difference is, that if I am PROVED to be wrong, then I will admit it.

I am, and have been attempting to get you all to think without reference to the infamous misleading articles in the media - the media leads the people - and no-one questions it?? Do you never want full comprehension of an event or situation? Do you not find abnormalities in that which you are being informed of? I know when two and two do not make four and I want to know the reason why not, I will not rest until I find out. When I have reasoned it out - I try to pass that on to those who will put it to the test, sensibly.
No, I am not any type of God, I am not that perfect, nowhere near - but I do question nonsensical information, and that is also not a crime.

Only 400? What have I done wrong? Should be well over 76 million by now if the rest of the population thinks like you all do.
