Corona Virus responsible for the good weather ?
I'm not a scientist, nor indeed any sort of expert, but it struck me as a hell of a coincidence that we are experiencing some of the best spring weather in decades at the very time that air pollution levels have dropped dramatically thanks to the sudden decline in cars on the road and lack of aircraft in the skies etc. Could this be what the weather would be like if our skies and roads were kept clear or is it just coincidence

I believe it's been estimated that we will end 2020 with global carbon levels being reduced by around 8%, which will put the level of emission back to the 2010 figure, so there seems to be a bit of good news there. There could, therefore, be a temporary benefit as regards the negative impact of carbon on the climate.

I'm not an expert either, but isn't it nice seeing glorious, blue, plane and contrail free skies?
I'm guessing it's a coincidence, but what a pleasant one.
If it wasn't for the circumstances, I'd love to go back to the quiet roads of a few months back.

No doubt about it the less their are of us and the less we do and consume the better for the planet.
The best move for the planet is simply less of us consuming less and doing less.
It would also help if we left the trees where they are.

You want : Less of us consuming less? You mean more of us consuming more?
This just shows how important punctuation is. It allows us to understand what the writer really tries to say.
Forget their, there and they're this time round.

Particulates
Raindrops form around minute 'dust' particles in the atmosphere.....To precipitate rain in a given location, planes are hired to deliberately 'seed' clouds with tiny particles........Without the many 1,000's of tons of muck exhausted daily from aircraft, vehicle exhausts, etc, atmospheric particulate levels will have been significantly lower. That being the case, it stands to reason there'd be less rain.

More likely perhaps, the dry, sunny weather is having an impact on aspects of the virus. Perhaps some pattern will be discerned, by and by. It has been speculated that poor air quality has had a detrimental impact on symptoms.

The complaints are about the lack of manufacturing, factories being closed and jobs being exported - Government Policies.
Producing goods abroad is worse for the planet than home produced goods.

The rest of the planet also has clear skies low pollution whilst manufacturing is low.
Understand your argument.
Mine is that for the UK to achieve Green approval it means importing.
What should we opt for?

If the true cost of products inc the Environmental cost was worked out we would soon be sliding down the league.

Grammar Criticism: Unnecessary use of an adverb degree.
