Yes, I had one today. Car park half full, queue to get into the building was 5 minutes, during which time I was directed to fill in a form on my mobile linked to the barcode labels I was given, another 5 to get past the front desk and join the queue for a booth, then into a booth with a marshall explaining what to do, did the swab and passed through a hole in the cubicle then done. Result was texted to me 28 minutes later, thankfully negative.
It was friendly, organised and simple.

Then maybe best to go late afternoon. The only cars in the car park were the staff cars and there were only three people waiting for the test - while there were eight staff to help you.

That does sound awfully like our no 1 covid denier has been in and had a test oh and will have been required to wear a mask.
They don't do flu or mensa tests do they ?
Perhaps you could put me right Professor or were you there with your international colleagues as observers.

I could respond, but as only a few on here have the ability to recognise a wind up when they see it - the post would be removed. Though you may be aware of an association of groups in every area of the UK, who act to gather information first hand?

I think you might just have to accept you let your fingers do the talking before you engaged the thinking bits.
Anyway how did the test go, were you negative ?

The lucozade swab was, yes - the latest one was a coca-cola one, that was also negative.

You have squirmed on this and come up with a very implausible explanation for your "visit" and your time there, it's not too be frank doing you any favours.
The testing is an important part of the pandemic response which you now seem to have reluctantly accepted is real.

Ha! I was passing by and stopped to talk to a mate working there - I certainly did not go for testing and I have most certainly have not been given any reliable proof of this pandemic and what is more, no-one has been given the opportunity to discuss it either - hundreds of my followers on twitter have been removed. If that alone is not suspicious - I don't know what is.

If that is the case where did the lucozade swab come from?

I dipped it into a Lucozade bottle of course, where else? That was for a company DIY postal swab.

No great mystery, Marvin. Twitter periodically purges inactive accounts, bots and spam. As you've been a member since 2015, many of your former followers will have been purged. Your content will also have attracted more than a few spammers. Followers can also unfollow you.
In accordance with a Nov. 2020 agreement between the major social media sites and the UK government, Twitter also takes down harmful Covid misinformation. Your Twitter account was hardly ever used until the onset of Covid. From that time on your account became quite active. Your own Tweets are predominantly Covid denial, along with a few of the usual suspects... racism, LGBTQ issues and Brexit, but most of your time is spent tweeting others rebutting their opinions and spouting your alternative facts and conspiracy theories, just as you do on Q. They are probably as sick to death of you as we are on Q.
How you figure you're not being allowed to discuss Covid is beyond me. A quick look at your Tweets and replies shows otherwise. The only mystery is why your Twitter account hasn't been flagged.
To be frank, it doesn't matter if you and like minded people believe you've not been given reliable proof of the pandemic. There's a preponderance of scientific and medical professionals who do. What does matter, is the spread of harmful misinformation. Stick to hounding people to death on Twitter, it's not welcome on Q.

They do eventually get reliable, incontrovertible proof, the Doctor writes it on the Death Certificate.

You were passing by and stopped to talk to a mate ?
That surely on reflection is an untruth and a strange one at that.
You are digging rather a deep illogical hole on this.
I can well understand that you haven't had any reliable proof of this pandemic after all there's something of a news blackout on it.
There are some deepfake hospital visits on TV and the crematorium is doing a roaring trade with mannequins from closed shops.
I even have relatives making a good living pretending they're treating sick people, who are mostly foreign actors shipped in and pretending to be sick.
If you had gone into Splashworld where your "mate" works you would have seen their injecting enhanced transmitting "ET" RFID chips and giving people free home phone calls.
Donald Trumps running it all you know.
I have had thousands of my witter followers removed and I'm not even on it.
I'm struggling to find any discussion on it.
