Is that with or without a public consultation?, Better consult the public first or it will get put back as it was like cycle lanes.

Is that the royal WE or just your over fevered imagination, very few actually give a damn what you think, sure plenty of opposition, just because you like the idea doesn't make it so.

There's no requirement for a public consultation, to alter a speed-limit.....It usually goes on the number of accidents in the location, but can be helped along when people lobby for it. Btw, don't go getting any bright ideas - I've never known a limit to be raised, lol!

Got to say, I was wondering who the WE is, given that it’s very unlikely the cretin has a single friend in the whole world.

Hi 'said'. As you can see, I've been keeping myself well entertained, winding up the the usual suspects, lol!

Hi to you too. Yes, well that is not difficult to do is it? Why not set yourself a real challenge?

It wasn't funny I mentioned that figure, it was a fact.
As for "we", you the BH do you think you are?
As for "a recipe for nasty accidents", please detail any that have taken place over the long period it has been open at that junction.
In the case of "tyre" noise, I doubt whether few, if any, would give the proverbial about such noise as it's several hundred yards from the nearest properties (cyclists don't even count in such pointless instances).

A similar, extremely nasty observation that's comparable to your perverted views on immigrants and immigration you expressed in a recent thread about the subject.
I really don't know how you can sleep at night.

If anyone has any views that do not agree with someone else's own - they are immediately labelled by the wokes - the people who cannot make an argument. The people who do not believe in free speech because they are unable to compete because they cannot argue.
It is easy to sleep at night if you have a clear conscience - why do you suffer from insomnia?

Having been on here for donkeys years, though only admitting to joining relatively recently, you well know who we are.....why, Path'n'Pedal of course!
Fyi, the Police asked for a temporary 30mph limit along there last year, specifically because that stretch was seeing multiple accidents - do keep up!

It's what Stu does frequently on threads: obfuscate....Lead you away from topic, onto ground of his own choosing. I mean to say, what on earth has illegal immigration got to do with the speed-limit on the Marine Drive - duh!

I will not repeat this again! The speeding on the Marine Drive was due to illegal immigrants trying to escape hastily from the UK. Only their Sat Navs led them to the Marine Lake instead of the English Channel. Got it!
