Traditional or family recipes
Do you still cook family recipes passed down the family?
I thought tonight I would do Colcannon as part of the tea. Irish recipe, had it 100s of times gowing up. Basically mashed potatoe with onion, butter, milk and cabbage. I also stick a lot of garlic in it.
I haven't made it for sometime, wasn't quite right and then noticed the unused cabbage in the fridge after tea
Can you remember your family recipes or do you have great grans cookbook?
