Fall In Ontario
In my corner of the world we're noted for the brilliant Fall colours due to the abundance of maple trees. Just a few pics that I hope you all enjoy. It's my favourite time of the year.

Stunning! Sandy, I know you said the Lakes is a beautiful place (and indeed it is), but it can't compare with those scenes!

I do love my adopted country Ski, but there's a corner of my heart that will be forever in the Lake District. Plus, I put out FOURTEEN bags of leaves for compost pick up last week....and we're nowhere near finished!

Since I moved here (next to my neighbour who's got 2 huge sycamores that somehow manage to deposit all their leaves in my garden, not his) I bought one of those garden vacs. Sounds like you need the industrial version Sandy!

The 4th picture is near to Algonquin.....you did spell it right Kaye!
2nd and 3rd are the Agawa Canyon close to Sault Ste Marie. The last one is Killarney - North Channel, Georgian Bay.

I'm SO jealous, Sandy! I've always wanted to visit Canada in the autumn - ever since I read Anne of Green Gables at the age of 9!
Those pictures are just wonderful - such colour!
Don't think I'd like the leaf sweeping though - our garden's 15 or so trees leave(tee hee) enough to do as it is

My Garden Vac is really powerful, it even tries to suck the turf up. You need to get at least a 1800 Hp one
