The majority of the class got the maths problem right - because they had studied and learned! Had the others done the same, they would have had no recourse to complain because they, too, would have got it right! Get the picture?
Most knew alright and we had done our homework, what we couldn't understand was the sheep like following of Johnson, Farage etc, come on we know that all politicians need a good coat of watching, but why, why did a large number of people take notice of a blustering arrogant piece of dung, who has failed spectacularly at every damn thing he has been involved with, or a loud mouth who has failed and failed again to get elected as an MP.

    For me voting for these and their ilk is failure, not positive, not success, but then again the country has fallen way down from what it was, mainly thanks to Thatcher, you know "no such thing as society" "greed is good" "public sector is a drain on the taxpayer" etc; etc;

Getting credibility and some level of unity is not going to be easy, but for sure more division may be good for the right wing, but no good for the country, the only thing on offer from rabid Brexiteers is more division, more disruption, no solutions, no answers, no ideas, in fact not a bloody clue.

No. Just the opposite. Leavers and the Leave vision of the UK, are reminiscent of an old, balding, pot bellied has been (which they mostly are) thinking if he dumps his wife of 46 years, he'll attract lots of new interests from younger people, eager to know him, eager to sleep with him. Once he's rid of that old ball and chain, the young women of the world will beat a path to his door. It doesn't matter that the old dragon he's married looks after him, he'll have young women begging for a chance with him.

So he'll try and suck his pot belly in. He'll dye his remaining 4 hairs black. He'll try desperately to look like the young man he was in his 20s, but he'll fail miserably. He'll go out to the new clubs, eyeing up the young ladies. He'll throw lots of money at them, buying them drinks, just imagining all those women in his bed.

Only problem is, those young women don't want to know an old, balding, pot bellied has been. He's got nothing to offer them. He's past his best. He's not the young man in his 20s. No amount of Viagra is going to make him attractive to these young women.

Not only that, they know his wife. They like his wife. They aren't going to go near this desperate old fool. Why should they upset his wife? They quite liked him when he was part of a couple, but now this ridiculous ageing Lothario is an utter embarrassment.

Eventually, when the music stops, the bar is shut, the lights come back on, there he'll be: sat in the corner, all on his own, crying into the dregs of his last drink. All alone, he'll realise what an ridiculous old fool he's been.

He'll probably try and go back to his wife. But the young girls have already been round to her. They've told her about him begging desperately for a chance with them. It's too late. She's shut of the old fart. She's changed the locks. She'll never let him back. And she's invited the girls round for a few bottles of prosecco and a howling good laugh at the sad old pillock who thought the grass was greener.

Yep it certainly is a mottley collection of bitter moaners who cannot accept they lost the intellectual argument.

Sometimes you just have to accept things you don't like without resorting to ad hominin attacks on your victors it might help to exhibit character.

Classing all leave voters as thick old northerners was the start of the nations decline in political debate, trying to rip up their votes is the new low.

Perhaps if the situation had been as it was intended to be, perhaps as
Chancellor Kohl had been planning - then things would have been different. Kohl had warned Merkel on several occasions over her plans for the EU, she had once been viewed as his colleague but had turned against him.

"In Kohl's opinion, Merkel is a woman he fished out of a sea of unknown, up-and-coming politicians -- who thanked him by turning on him in the dark hours of the campaign donation scandal. He was especially critical of her European policy, and his disapproval also extended to Friedrich Merz, the former CDU/CSU parliamentary leader. "Merkel doesn't have a clue, and the parliamentary leader is a political infant."
As it is, Germany has the lead of the EU, and it is Germany's plans and policies that we all have to abide by. Perhaps if the EU had contained itself within a trade union - things may have been different, but it did not - it wanted to interfere in the management of every member country - their laws, their tax system, their politics etc., and even their people. Three times in previous history, Germany had attempted to take over Europe and had failed! Perhaps if the management of the EU had been given to another country - the situation may have been different. It wasn't and Germany continued to make the same errors it had always done. The situation is as it is.

Exactly as started after the referendum result you and your ilk instead of accepting a democratic vote outcome have led the decline in political debate.

You think that is where the corruption lies in the UK, do you? Nothing compared to the wider picture.
OK - so you are a remainer - Let's look at the companies who wish to remain in the EU. Easy Jet! It complains that it is losing business due to the reduced number of passengers flying out on holidays because of Brexit? Not true! It is far more likely that Easy Jet has been given a cushy contract where it is covered whether flights are full or not. These flights within the EU countries are what it relies on, and without which it would struggle. It does not have the necessary dynamics to become a global competitor. The company has suffered numerous problems over the years and has been only able to continue with funding from the EU. Instead of resolving the huge number of complaints that it received from passengers - Easy Jet just borrow more money and carries on regardless.
"There were 72.8 million visits overseas by UK residents in 2017, an increase of 3% when compared with 2016."

Shell are another company who operate under arrangement with the EU. It gains additional profits by the assistance of the EU with for example, take over bids. Since this is a global company, it is difficult to see how Brexit would affect it to a great degree.

"However, the recent investment decisions of the Norwegian state-backed energy company, Equinor, formerly known as Statoil, BP, Total SA and Royal Dutch Shell would suggest that the lack of investment up until 2017 was not caused by uncertainty over Brexit. All these companies have in the last year approved long-term projects in the North Sea or around UK coast lines– at a time when the type of Brexit, and indeed most recently whether there would be a Brexit at all, was uncertain. While these decisions would have been made before the outcome of the Referendum was known in 2016, Brexit did not cause enough of a shock to these companies to shelve such investment plans."

I could research other companies and the findings would be similar - it would appear that initial panic has fizzled out - unlike the media cover stories

You have your opinion and you're entitled to state that opinion, but for me the insults and most certainly harassment and threats have come from leavers, I know of no leave campaigners being murdered, no plots to murder leavers merely for stating their opposition, frankly the entire leave campaign comes with some very ugly baggage.

Spoken like a true Tory, I would say your opinion is not shared by many, many people.

Tory answer to anything and everything which doesn't contribute to them or their friends and allies, shut it down.

Straight after the result was announced the bitter losers started their vilification of the Brexit voters immediately denouncing them as ill educated old northerners all 17.4 million of them.

Cries of foul play, lies and vote manipulation filled the airways there then followed a concerted campaign to overthrow a democratic vote by hook or by crook.

It has been one of the most unedifying displays in British public life I have ever witnessed.

It has damaged debate for a lifetime and coined the phrase remoaners to describe them.

These passive aggressive anti-democracy rebels exhibit their faux outrage at people who complain when they attempt to disrupt the political process and steal a democrats most valuable asset, their vote.

It has taken hundreds of years for men and womens votes to mean something and these people have the temerity to complain when people oppose this treason.

If anyone does not like it - then do something about it! I trust all remainers know exactly what they are voting for. They didn't before - so perhaps they now have some knowledge on the topic that I don't have.

I do know that countries outside the EU have prospered and moved forward far faster than any that are in it. I do know that UK businesses in the UK will be far more competitive in the Global market as opposed to having a weight around their necks. I know that our fishing industry that was the original source of British industry, will once again belong to the British and increase our economy. I also know that the British are not happy with engaging in wars that are none of our business. I disagree with external people demanding that our politics should be managed in a way that is suitable to them. I disagree with the lies and bribes used to entice people into the UK and once they are here take advantage of them. I feel saddened by the number of young people unable to find suitable work, the number of people forced into part time work when they need full time work, the number of people sleeping rough on our streets, the number of people having to use food banks. I dislike preferential treatment given to some countries when we are all supposed to be equal. More than forty years within a union has not provided the UK with the prosperity that was promised - how much longer do people have to wait?

You know what you are voting for - go ahead, vote for it - you must have some fantastic reason for doing so - far greater than those given above.

No doubt your numbers will be increased this time around - since there will be a large turnout among the foreign people who do not want to become UK citizens because that would mean that they would have to pay full taxes. Or perhaps they are so happy with all that you provide for them, they do not need to be highly skilled. Future generations will be thrilled to know that they have you to thank for the huge repayments of national debt, I am sure. The EU is experiencing many problems which they are unable to solve - membership fees will continue to increase - not your worry is it?

"He says Hartlepool, which was once famous for its thriving shipbuilding industry, has seen “much decline” in industry over recent years.

Mr Tennant said to Express.co.uk: “The North East is an area that has seen much decline in industry, particularly recently in regard to the SSI site, and our Government, whether it be a Labour or Tory one, was not able to step in and bail out the site due to EU Competition rules."

Our own fishermen sold out their quotas to other companies in droves, as far as the rest of your speech is concerned, most if not all can be firmly directed at our own government, particularly our current one.

This government has delivered the biggest rise ever in homelessness and people sleeping rough, not the EU.
