Whilst this individual wasn't presenting a great image of the council I'm not sure why the entire council ought to be ashamed of themselves for this?

If I catch one of them urinating against my bin - I'll throw a bucket of water over him!

If you're out on a truck all day, and the route doesn't go past any of the few remaining public conveniences, where are you supposed to take refuge?
See what I did there?

I've certainly been there, not Leamington Road this morning I hasten to add!
There are very few public conveniences these days but there are plenty of other options, Ainsdale train station is only a couple of minutes away?

I'd take this post with a rather large pinch of salt.
1st - 'in full view of children' - 'at 10 a.m' - really. Do the schools start later that day?
2nd - What the hell was he doing collecting 'refuge'? Was there any dust causing a hazard, where did he put the bricks, wood and plasterboard after he'd dismantled and collected it?
3rd - 'fully of shame of themselves' - have you invented a new language or is it a surfeit of late afternoon cava/cider?
I remember this poster previously complaining about the 'refuge' collectors - something about having to wheel their bin to the kerbside - bit of a theme/complex developing here.

In a bizarrely convoluted way, he or she is having a pop at you because you used the word 'refuge' when you should have typed 'refuse'.
(ie: refuge = shelter; refuse = garbage).
A small error on your part, but nonetheless I'm pretty sure that everyone knows full well what you mean!
