I don't judge people on the basis of their political allegiance. Nor do I like/dislike them on that basis.
CC may have been left wing, but, like you, she never knew when to stop. You both displayed an inability to ever concede that you were wrong, even when presented with incontrovertible facts. The pair of you were a toxic combination who spoiled the forum for many members.
Hamble is as right wing as they come, but that doesn't stop me from liking the crazy woman!
You are resolutely clinging on to the fact that one person is a member of an anti-Brexit party, therefore the whole report is skewed. If you had actually read the report, and all of the contributor's credentials, you would see that this is clearly not the case.
If you don't trust this report, there are hundreds of similar reports from concerned apolitical sources such as industry specific organizations, trade boards, retailers, etc.etc. The facts are the same.
I will now go back to ignoring you. Your arguments are as intellectually incoherent as the Monty Python dead parrot sketch.
I already did. Numerous reported posts in regard to your invariably insulting comments.
I call your bluff,
post them tell us all of the great crimes I have committed.
Does my request go down as an "invariably insulting post" maybe just maybe it will be from people who don't like being challenged but we will see or won't we ?

The reported posts were in 2016. Do you think that they're still in my Email? I don't keep reported posts in my Email from last week, never mind 3 years ago!
When members report a post, it generates an Email to all Admin. Depending on who reads the mail first, one of us will look at the post. We either delete it, or, if we consider it to be OK, we'll leave it on the forum. We don't keep the deleted posts.
As I stated previously, I recall the rash of reported posts in my Email. I don't recall the exact content. I didn't deal with them. It was shortly after we moved house and I was far too busy to even bother with the forum. I didn't change your account status. I'm making an educated guess as to the reason your account status was changed in 2016.

As you've managed to comment without a single demeaning comment about my intelligence/education/ political views/social class etc.etc., why would anyone consider it insulting? Keep up the good work!

You do realise you are unravelling yourself don't you ?
I would gladly take ownership of making that decision, but I didn't. Having read the number of your posts that were reported at that time, I can make an educated guess as to why it was made. Not that long before we had already suffered through endless weeks of your *ahem* debates with CC. I guess you missed CC and had to continue in the same vein with other members. Nobody wants to plough their way through threads filled with pointless arguments and insults. It spoils people's enjoyment. A reasoned informative debate is enjoyable, sniping back and forth is not.

Yes, even if it was Farage, the chairman is only 1 person on a Committee.

Terrible example, really. Perhaps a Redwood, Raab C Brexit or Private Pike. But Farage isn't likely to chair any committees, unless it's one he's made up in his own head.
He's a self-promoting rabble-rouser, not a politician. He exists to stand in front of adoring Gammon, arms outstretched in a Messianic pose, while the crowds shout 'Nigel, Nigel'.
He's not the Messiah...
Goodness knows what he'll have to fabricate to galvanise red-faced Blue-Kippers when we do leave. How he'll get his ego massaged then is anybody's guess. Perhaps he can tour Wetherspoons, getting morning drinkers to form a bring back dimpled pint glasses party. Or 'Customers Urgently Need Tankards'.

Garage only gets traction because we haven't left and he has offered to withdraw Brexit Party candidates if we have a no deal.

Not my example, Locals.

Whilst reading up on the supply chain, I came across another gem. It's another long read, going into the ins and outs of a no-deal scenario, and WTO rules.
Without C&P-ing the whole thing, here are the final paragraphs:
Such is the importance of agreements such as the MRAs that the UK would have no option but to seek a deal with the EU, for which there is a facility within Article 50. But, the moment it sought such deals, it would no longer be relying exclusively on WTO rules. It would now be seeking bilateral agreements along the lines of the so-called "Swiss option". This comes with as many problems as the WTO Option, if not more, not least the length of time it would take to agree a Swiss-type arrangement (10 years or more?)…And that's assuming the EU wants another complex Swiss-type arrangement, which it doesn't.
One can say, unequivocally, that the UK could not survive as a trading nation by relying on the WTO Option. It would be an unmitigated disaster, and no responsible government should allow it. The option should be rejected.
Same old same old? Yep, but this is from a Brexiteer website.
