Why was he there in Epsteins house, most people who proclaim,
"His Royal Highness deplores the exploitation of any human being and the suggestion he would condone, participate in or encourage any such behaviour is abhorrent."
might want to avoid Epstein.
Still the golfing Prince has always been a waste of space.
Perhaps a real job might be good for him, sewing mailbags ?

No sympathy for him, he kept up his connections with Epstein even after he had been charged and committed for sex offence crimes -Epstein that is

Prince Andrew was filmed at Epsteins house, two years after Epstein was first arrested, in 2010. Yet now Prince Andrew is claiming that he is 'shocked' at the recent revelation. Yeah right!

Arrested in 2008. Pleaded guilty to 'procuring for prostitution a girl below age 18'. Registered in New York State as a "level three" (high risk of repeat offense) sex offender, a lifelong designation.
I don't know about you, but if that was a friend of mine, I'd put as much distance between us as humanly possible. He was at that point (2008) a known paedo. I know he had a lot of high profile acquaintances, as a person in his position might, up to then. But after his arrest? You'd avoid him like the plague.
Unless you had common interests? There is no way in this universe that Prince Andrew didn't know exactly who Epstein was and what he was involved in. Andrew was named in several civil cases that either got thrown out or paid off. But we all know he'll never face a trial.

I agree the whiff surrounding his Royal Highness is overwhelming.

I cannot understand why 'The Establishment' didn't warn him away years ago before anything became public.

They probably did but he's always had a reputation for arrogance.

The Times front page was very poignant.
I wonder who proof read that?

His reluctance to condemn this man years ago and his sudden eagerness to do so now, immediately after Epstein's death, speaks volumes.
Andrews opportunity to sever his ties, [whatever they may have been] with this pervert and distance himself from his "good friend" was when some of these allegations were made and subsequently proven in court.
it's possible that if Andrew did openly comment about him before his death, then incriminating information could have been "leaked" Whether that information would have been accurate or not, who knows????
A convenient suicide for many people, not necessarily for the good Prince Andrew.

I know this thread was sliding down into obscurity, but this article is absolutely cracking:
https://www.theguardian.com/commenti...-royal-wedding
" They suggest the kind of man, and we’ve all met them, who has a two-tier view of the female sex. There is a world for their daughters, hopefully insulated from men like their friend Jeffrey – and then there is another world for girls who service their friend Jeffrey."

Not so long ago it was prince Charles and a certain Rt Rev Peter Ball making the headlines. As has already been mentioned on this thread what kind of advisors do the royals have?
