Maybe you could tell us a bit about your company/organisation first?
You don't seem to have any online presence which seems a bit remiss in this day and age.
Do you really expect people to send their CVs containing all their personal details to a gmail address on an online forum post with very little information as to who you are?

Salus has brought up some pertinent points. Are you even in Southport? Your registration IP address is in a block of addresses assigned to London.
For member's safety I am removing your job advert. If you can provide verifiable information about your company, it could possibly be reinstated.

Having read this post, I have to play devils advocate. I once used BT Wifi for business as it works out considerably cheaper than 'mainstream broadband' and I had similar issues with my IP address at the time with suppliers. Having said that, this could be fraudulent, or not? I do not have an understanding of the original posters identity. The reply seems genuine.

Thanks for the reply, Mark. Unfortunately I deleted your advert at the same time I posted on here. You will have to repost it on the Jobs Section. I'm sure that you're legit, but I think that Salus is right in thinking that a little more information for prospective applicants wouldn't go amiss. Good luck with your new business!

We really have to thank Salus for his post. Had it not been for his/her comments I probably wouldn't have given it another thought.

Yesterday I deleted a post from Adagion Studio on the "30m to spark rollout of next generation 5G" thread, and I deleted the user's account. I guess they had also posted on another news thread, but I didn't see it.
There seems to be a rash of bots lately. If they are on the chat forum, we're more likely to spot them. However most of them seem to be on the news forum, and, speaking for myself, I rarely read it. We really have to rely on member's reporting this type of post. For the most part they do, and it's appreciated.

It's a completely unprofessional manner of advertising a job.
Facebook is also plagued with similar such as "staff wanted - message for details".
Seems everyone wants to run a business these days with little idea of competence and credibility.

It seems as if Mark didn't like my response as he has now deleted his post.
As you said, an online presence is vital these days. Employers need to check out prospective employees, but before applying people also want to check out prospective employers. It's a two way street, one that some small or new businesses may not be aware of.
