Bad driving fron yellow top taxi driver
https://youtu.be/nTsWeKyrnzQ
Not so great driving from this yellow top taxi driver.
He overtakes a line of cars on the marine lake bridge by driving on the wrong side of a traffic island just to gain a few seconds.

There are an increasing number of bad taxi drivers now, but that is a particularly dangerous area anyway.
To be fair though - this has been since the additional limitations imposed by the council. Twenty mph areas all over town, slowing down the flow of traffic and making drivers less alert than they would be at greater speeds. Traffic lights every where - all to frustrate drivers.
The 20mph speed limit was introduced because it was shown by studies that children are not able to discern speeds of vehicles when crossing roads, and this was intended to make it safer for them. But since that time everything has changed - there are now very few children crossing roads as they are taken everywhere in a car driven by their parents.
"The main problem on roads that causes accidents is the differences in speed, rather than speed itself. While some people are going faster than other, some go slower which causes the traffic to flow unevenly. If the speeds limits are raised to comply with the actual travel speeds, the roads become safer, because the traffic now flows more evenly and people start going to the same speeds. This actually shows that drivers are not affected by the speed limits that much, but rather slow drivers." Science in Our World.

20mph zones have no relevance to that poor driving standard. He isn't speeding, Just driving like a b@((end.

True! But there are now far more 'bad taxi' drivers today than there were in the past.

Definitely a OneCall,as they have Green and Yellow door signs, whereas Yellow Tops have Black,White and Yellow door signs..Could probably have been one of those out of town drivers who was driving, and live in Burnley,Lancaster etc,and only come here to drive for 4 days a week, and not used to the layout of the local roads.
