Vindicated? You're about as vindicated as Harvey Weinstein.
Weinstein was tried by the New York State Supreme Court and found guilty of a criminal sex act in the first degree, and rape in the third degree, on Monday February 24th.
Check your facts before propagating falsehoods implying that Weinstein's crimes are nothing more than media fantasy. It's not the first time you've stained the forum with your unique theories on high profile criminal cases. Make it the last.

And he's an out and out liar.

In all respect: The photo (there is only one in the US at the moment?) in the article (there is only one in the US at the moment?). We live not in different countries but in different worlds? Maybe you should google a bit more and see if you can find a few more pictures, photos and articles.
And since he was escorted out of the courtroom in handcuffs, with two officers holding his elbows (not unusual in the US after the words "take him down" are uttered), who should remove the walker? Not the judge, I hope.

I can accept your abuse because I know that you are not capable of understanding just what you are subscribing to. There is no point in arguing with someone who is blind to reality. I am not denying that some guy is guilty of a crime, he has been found guilty in law, he will be punished in law. It is your criticism based on third party reports that gives rise to a very serious problem that is occurring in the present day.

Good heavens no! You have to go a long way and spend a long time researching and weighing up all the facts from many sources before you get any real news in any of the papers. The newspapers are in a business to sell news - the more dramatic and soul appealing, the better. Doesn't matter if it is not true!

Good grief. Why are you pursuing this? This man is a convicted rapist. He's an out and out liar. Why are you so desperate to absolve him of any blame concerning a walking frame?

Absolve him? I have repeatedly stated that I don't even try to defend him. But you have to admit that you seem to have let youself "go" a bit on this thread - not to your benefit in my opinion. And my latest comment (which you deftly ignore) is simply an attempt to show that his not using the walker might well have an acceptable cause. Even that is something your hatred doesn't let you accept or even consider.
And I repeat, under US law even a convicted man has a right to an appeal. Not that I think he will ever be exonerated. But he has the right, like it or not.

'Let myself go'? Because I wish all the ills of the world on a convicted serial rapist? I wish him far worse than I've written on here, trust me. Far, far worse. Have you read anything at all about this man? Have you heard the tapes? Read the testimony of his victims? You know he's going back to face more charges?
It isn't 'hatred'. It is outrage. Outrage that he got away with it for so long. Outrage that it took decades, in some cases, to get these women heard. Outrage that he was enabled in his crimes. Outrage that he thought his money and power allowed him to treat his victims like worthless detritus. IMHO, there's something seriously wrong with anyone who ISN'T outraged at these crimes. I can only assume, as you evidently aren't outraged, that you don't see the crimes as so terrible. Or don't believe the 80 or so women that have come forward. Or you believe he is innocent, despite the fact he's been convicted of several assaults.
Perhaps, like 'said', you think they were too old to rape?
And if it is 'hatred' of the man and his crimes, so what?
And yes, he's an out and out liar. So I don't believe for a second he needed the walker. And quite frankly at this point, I couldn't care less if he did or he didn't. What is the problem you have with that?
Thank goodness there are some decent men on here who wish him as ill as I do. A few more posts and it'll be the women's fault, I can just see it.

I suppose Weinstein would be more harshly criticised by Degsy the prefect if he had done something really bad like got his apostrophe's out of place or called someone who pedals lung destroying tree killing stoves a hypocrite for his pseudo green posts.
The he would be severely criticised.
All he has done is force himself into women and used his tremendous wealth and power to cement their suffering for decades.
Must be a Norwegian cultural thing where it's obviously quite acceptable and women are grateful to the likes of Weinstein for honouring them with his body.
Women who don't appreciate his "offerings" are clearly a bit weird or gay.

Yet again you choose to miss my point and refrain from replying to what I point out. Its a time to give yp completely.

Yet within the text of some of the posts on this thread it can be detected that there remains this arcane notion that a convicted predator (on multiple counts) isn't truly or officially guilty legally, until that predator has (unsuccessfully) exhausted the appeals process.
It feels as though the "hope" (being clung to) is that the appeals process can "right" the "wrong" of Monday's Court judgement.

I wonder if the obvious spelling mistake or typo renders the above inadmissible for some!
As it is, I see now that when you prematurely declared yesterday that you wouldn't be participating in this thread again, you actually meant that you were only partially giving up on this thread.
Only now are you giving up on it completely.
If you were to re-return and -after more of your mutterings- then re-declare that again you would be giving up on this thread, would you then have to fall back to stating that you shall absolutely completely be giving up?!
.

Degsy from you with your moral compass I see that condemnation as a badge of honour.
Oh by the way which "others" aren't you deluding yourself that anyone with a semblance of decency would find your corrupt sense of values acceptable or reasonable ?
