This electric storm we will call Euclid. To make it more convincing - this was claimed after a global meeting of all the heads of state.

Would you:
a) Consider this to be false news
b) Since it has been claimed by all heads of state - would you accept that they knew far more than you do
c) Just sit back and wait for it to happen, if it does

Then - exactly as predicted there was a massive storm, which they called Euclid, and it did bring all communications down just as the heads said it would:

In 2 years time a lot of people would still have plenty left so the shortage would not be as great !

No - absolutely nothing to do with studies of the ionosphere. It is just a question out of the blue. It could have been storms, floods, an asteroid crashing etc., It is just how people would accept or react, that's all!
